Hingwashtak Churna is a popular Ayurvedic powder used for digestive health. It is a combination of eight Ayurvedic herbs.

Hingwashtak Churna Formation

Method- Make fine powder by mixing parsley (Ajmoda) / Carom Seeds (Ajwain), black pepper (Kali mirch), rock salt (Sendha namak), black cumin( Kala jeera), Long Pepper (Pippali), cumin (Jeera), dry ginger (Sonth) and roasted asafoetida (Bhuni hing) in equal parts.

Dosage:-Take 1.5-2gm of Hingwashtak Churna take with ghee at the time of meal. The recommended dosage can vary based on individual health and medical conditions, so it’s best to consult a doctor before using it.
